In accordance with the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 9 of January 5, 2018 "On the program of measures to strengthen the material and technical base of state theaters and develop their activities in 2018-2022", the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. The following:
In accordance with Annex 1 of the Regulation on the procedure for organizing the activities of state theaters and concert-performance institutions;

In accordance with Appendix 2, the regulation on the procedure for evaluating the activities of state theaters and concert-spectacle institutions, defining their categories (groups), and encouraging them;

The regulation on the procedure for forming ticket prices of state theaters and concert-viewing institutions is in accordance with Appendix 3;
The regulation on the procedure for the formation of a state order for the creation of stage works to be staged in state theaters should be approved in accordance with Appendix 4.
2. The following should be defined as the main tasks of state theaters and concert-performance institutions:
staging artistically high, popular stage works, creating performances and concert programs in harmony with the ideas of national independence;
to form feelings of national pride and national pride in the hearts of our people, especially young people, to contribute to their education in the spirit of love for the Motherland, respect for universal values, and loyalty to humanitarian ideals with suitable stage works, performances and concert programs;
to improve the living culture of the population, to assist in the restoration and continuation of national values, customs, traditions, and national holidays;
to carry out mutually beneficial cooperation with our country and foreign institutions in order to widely promote theater and performing arts;
to take measures to improve the qualifications of employees, to support them morally and socially, and to introduce effective methods of encouraging initiative in order to effectively organize the tasks set before the theater and performing arts;
exhibitions, festivals, pageants, lectures, meetings with prominent figures of culture, art, science, benefits, theater performances, specially prepared programs, recreational and creative evenings, purposeful theatrical ritual evenings and organizing and conducting other entertainment events;
development and implementation of large-scale programs of theater and concert-spectacle touring activities in the country and abroad.
3. State theaters and concert-viewing institutions should review their charters within one month in accordance with this decision.
4. The following should be designated as sources of financing the activities of state theaters and concert-performance institutions:
State budget funds of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
funds received from the provision of paid services;
income from property rental;
grants from international financial institutions, foreign organizations, donor countries and organizations;
